Nathan came to our house to fix a very stubborn kitchen clogged sink. He did an excellent job and my sink is cleared and running. The best $20 I ever spent. I would definitely call Nathan again if I ever need something fix.

Last month I called and they sent Nate out. He did an amazing job. My kitchen sink was the culprit today so I called and asked for Nate again. He was, once again, professional, friendly, very competent, and kind. I highly recommend him.

Service professor just left our house. We have been struggling with a kitchen sink that was completely plugged up for a week. I had called the other guys and was quoted over $200 just to walk through the door. I saw the special that service professor was offering. Not going to lie, I was skeptical. Thought for sure they would get into the house and try and upsell or claim other issues. But, that did not happen! Victor came in and cleared my sink! And it truly was $20. I'm very excited and happy to both have a kitchen sink working, and to have a business that was honest with what they were advertising. Thank you service professors!

We use consumers' energy for repairs, and the service professor was sent out. They did a thorough inspection. The furnace was not able to be repaired he shared every photo. Called Tommy, and he was here that late afternoon he also took photos and shared them. This company is very thorough and so helpful. Tommy made the process fast and easy and had us scheduled asap. They let us use heaters to help us get through. We highly recommend this company everyone was so kind and helpful.

Needed a new toilet according to Service Professor. They also had a “special” deal where they would run a camera through my old cast iron sewer pipes. Looked fine to me, but what do I know. Was told if I didn’t have the pipes lined immediately, I’d have a basement full of sewage. Was told not to wait for Monday for further investigation or competitive quotes, by then it would be too last. I was in a panic, even with all these red flags. Agreed to have it taken care of the following morning. $10000. Called the city water manager who had dealt with this company, and he just sighed sympathetically. I described what I saw of the video Service Professor had taken of my pipe. He asked me to get a copy, didn’t believe it needed to be done. Called SP back, they had the video, but needed clearance from their manager. The manager is a classic emotional & verbal abuser. Very nasty. Told me he deleted the video while we were speaking. Bottom line- these are commission based salespeople looking to make a lot of money doing unnecessary work. Call only if you enjoy being scammed!

Service Professor,Inc. is the ONLY company I will use for my future electrical, plumbing, sewer, heating, cooling and duct cleaning needs. Their 5 star service began at the first call and continued to the finishing of the projects. Tiffany understood my needs right from the call and sent out the proper teams to assess my needs. John evaluated the entire project and directed me to the proper personell as well as helping to get affordable financing. Matt's electrical team performed excellent service while upgrading the electrical panel which I wasn't aware was outdated, installed an electrical surge protector servicing the entire household eletrical needs and installed the proper electrical outlets for my appliances. Dylan's plumbing team performed outstanding work cleaning and repairing the sewer line, stripping all old and outdated plumbing and installing all new plumbing drains as well as the basement floor drain and adding a drain for the clothes washer. All teams were polite, pleasant to work with, cleaned the work areas when finished,and were attentive to not let the cats out during the entire time. Tiffany also was patient and helpful coordinating the contracts by phone. I am considering using their duct cleaning service soon and possibly purchasing central air conditioning from them.. Cory's exceptional service determined a light fixture wasn't broken and presented helpful information about replacing a broken doorbell system with a modern updated version.

We had Service Professor replace our drain pipes and fix a root problem in our sewer line a week ago. First of all, they arrived an hour and a half late. The three men were pleasant and respectful. They seemed to do a good job with the plumbing and all that needed to be done. They didn't finish until 8:30 at night, and so the next day we saw that the cleanup was terrible. There was a layer of dirt covering the basement floor, the stairs, the kitchen, bathroom, and footprints in the tub. I had to tighten 3 leaky fittings and sponge mop all the work areas. We also have a pipe from the utility sink that has to be redone so we can get our washer back against the wall, but I'll have to do that myself because, after 5 calls, the service manager still will not return my call. So, would I hire this company again? No.
